Convention Exhibitor Information
This year there are two locations for exhibitor tables: the Ballroom Foyer and the Exhibit hallway. Both allow good foot traffic. The Ballroom Foyer will be reserved for our ELITE SPONSORS so please consider that level of sponsorship for best exposure. (Please see Registration Form for prices and perks.)
Exhibit Area entry is gratis to all exhibitor personnel. However, individuals wishing to attend regular workshops/presentations must pay the regular registration fees (Exception: ELITE SPONSORS receive two full registrations). Please have those individuals register on-line at NECI Convention Registration. Note: exhibitor personnel are welcome to attend any sessions where their company’s personnel are speaking without additional registration.
If you wish to purchase lunch, BBQ or Saturday evening Banquet tickets beyond what is complementary to your Sponsorship level, additional tickets may be purchased on the Exhibitor Registration Form.
All exhibitor personnel names must be given to us in order to provide name badges. We do realize that some of your exhibitors may not be identified right now. They can be registered as late as July 10. On the Registration Form, please list the names of all personnel you know at this time, their degree/certification (e.g. M.S., CCC-SLP, etc.), and the days they will be exhibiting (if less than Friday – Sunday). Please email the information on additional personnel as they are identified.
Advertising in the Convention Program
We also offer advertising in our Convention Program which is handed out to all attendees. The program is printed in black and white, so all ads are black and white only. Our program is a great way to display your company or organization’s commitment to supporting individuals with cochlear implants!
Additional Sponsorship Opportunities Abound
Please contact Terri Charles email@example.com to discuss sponsoring CART, children’s programming, a weekend breakfast, water bottles, speaker honorarium, etc. Also, a donation of an item from your company to the Silent Auction would be appreciated. These additional sponsorships will receive prominent locations and grateful mentions. Please remember we are a volunteer-run convention on a shoe-string budget. We are doing our best to create a convention that everyone enjoys and has an opportunity to attend. Thank you for helping us succeed!
